@bowie283 nobody it just help ball cooridination. It helps to manuver the ball around ur body so ur oppenents have a hard time getting the ball and u have a easier time controlling it and know where the ball is gonna go at a certain bounce

Yeah and on the internet with no proof I could easily say that I played 2 on 2 with Magic, Bird and Jordan and My team won. I had a triple double and dunked on Magic. Those things you supposedly do in the ACC are all a part of basket ball and can be done in conjunction with these drills. But oh my bad, Coach K is beyond these types of drills.
