Death is just another part of life. Our society has made us be scared of death. We just can´t avoid it, and that´s ok. Meanwhile, we can be happy, positive, laugh, be kind to us and others! :)
Ignorant morons, when death strikes your ass at the least expected moment, try laughing. Yoga is not standing on your fucking head or stopping your breath or dancing half naked in a heated room like monkeys jumping from one tree to another.Yoga is to realize your Self. But how can you analyze your Self standing outside your Self through a microscope or telescope? Yoga is not filling some forms and attaining emancipation overnight nor is it attending some meditation boot camp.Yoga is a secret.
The host seemed really insecure during this exercise. I find it interesting that many people are so shy about laughing in front of others. I used to be more open about it, but my laugh has turned into a silent chuckle over the years. This must tie into my own insecurity, which developed throughout my education in the public school system. If I ever have kids, they'll be home schooled! :)
We are all born winners, we won the sperm race. Then life happens to us, and we get the beat from others and become insecure for no good reason. Laughter is a natural healer. In the last decade there is much scientific research on the important role it plays to boost our immunity system. I highly recommend to read the book of Norman Cousins "Anatomy of an illness" . Will be happy to help you with free advice.
When death strikes your or my fucking ass, we can't have the luxury to laugh like retards. Instead death laughs at us every second. How can I ignore death and start laughing. Is there a way to ignore the ultimate truth. How long can I run away from death. It is right there staring at ma fucking face. Will you or me be alive after some hours? Can you give me a warranty or guarantee or whatever?
humanrascals > Regretfully my family experienced death toll. My mom survived with 4 cousins out of family of 71 watching in the hide many of them get killed by Polish and Nazis. My father passed away when I was 12. My sister almost dies and the list of hardship is long yet I count my blessings. What's the lesson ? My mom did not go for revenge, she went to do the impossible and become a pediatrician to save lives . I will gladly try to help you and others. Peace, Love & Laughter. Avi
humanrascals> Life is not great to many of us, it gives to many very few reasons to laugh. It is a pity. In our nature we can't thank a billion cells for not having pain in each one of them but we will curse the small cut in the tongue because we feel the one place that is painful. We then pray for the pain to pass and forget to be grateful seconds after the pain is gone. If there is no reason to laugh, let's make some together. Our spirit is stronger .
humanrascals> Life is not only what happens to us. It is also our response. With my share of hardship like skin cancer , economic crisis etc, I have a choice. I can laugh and ride the wave on top or surrender to disrepair and gloom. There are enough scientific evidence, some researched with Dr. Madan Kartria that show that laughter heals us. Why wouldn't we laugh and enjoy, heal ourselves and make the best of the time that we are left here to be on earth. Best wishes. Avi
But I already spent 9 fucking months in a dark chamber and that too amidst filth, mucus, worms and blood. I was crying and kicking inside. Then I came out crying and screaming with my big bulging fucking head protruding out and then I slipped out like a roller coaster ride and then they cut my umbilical cord and I was in pain and agony. How much more can I cry?
humanrascals > My late mom told me that during the war her eyes dried and no more tears left. Guess when the agony is so great, even the tears don't come easy. If you can still cry, then it is not a bad sign.
When I read your message I wonder if you heart is open to receive good things to your life. Some people try to get out of the shit, others just cry that they are in shit and smear the shit all the time on their face and on others. Which one are you?
Recently a billionaire committed suicide. He had all the material shits and comforts. Even if we become the emperor of the earth, .humans will remain restless, frustrated and unsatisfied. Only way out is realize who you are? Who Am I? Where did I come from? Where to I am headed? All this scientific knowledge and Ivy league diplomas and degrees are not going to help you. Why do all the rich and famous people in California get arrested for DUI and enter into various rehabilitation centers?

Goody also was laughing. But it did not help. I am not saying to sit and brood. But I can't explain all here. I need at least 900 pages.

humanrascals? Start from the first. Sometimes we need to cry first to take things out before we can laugh.
