  • @GreenMonkeyMagic It's because in the US it was spelled aluminum for 70 years, and continues to be spelled like that today despite the official element name being standardized to aluminium. In fact, my spell checker just tried to tell me that aluminium is spelled wrong, and should be aluminum.

  • I do this for a living too. Where they have robots is where I take the place of the robot. My machine IS a robot machine but this company (that i work for) didnt want to purchase a robot to go with it....... =|

  • I do this for a living as well, the ceilings at our shop above the machines are destroyed from metal escaping unset dies. Ya just gotta learn to take cover on that first shot!

  • Thats why you set the die locking properly before taking a shot.

  • i do this for a living and your right i makes a right mess it even worse if an ejection pin breaks

  • ive seen this done on a large scale in austria and you wanna see the mess it makes when the die is not closed fully, very dangerous
