My wife and I had lunch with Brian Eichenberger and Curtis Calderon this past November just prior to Group 22's final performance here in Leesburg, FL last November. I asked Brian if they had any plans to do some of these tunes, including "Meaning of the Blues." They keep adding tunes to their repetoire but I guess they just can't do them all. Thank God for recordings! We get to enjoy them that way. Have you ever heard Vince Johnson do his "scats" and whistles? He's amazing.

This Bobby Troup tune has never been sung at this superior level. The# 20 Four Freshmen were fabulous. They had that bombastic sound
that I sometimes miss in the very newest combination :group #21. However, these guys
are great also. Thanks sincerely, the Four Freshmen Fanatic, Johnny August.
