  • His close grip is my Normal grip

  • Tank from left 4 dead ... Rawwwwwwr

  • white pride

  • god damn. say what kind of wrist wraps is this guy using?my wrists have been fuckin with me lately and kinda puttin a damper on my training. any suggestions would be appreciated

  • really clean reps

  • HOLY CRAP....... watch how he spots that dude

  • lmao this dude is so wide that he close grips where i do regular grip. thats crazy

  • GHYATT DAMN.

  • this guy isnt fucking human!!!

i feel awsome about hitting 225 for nine reps on close grip lol let alone almost 500

  • This dudes a monster hands down

  • his arms make my legs look like kindle

  • now obviously this is quite an amazing feat of strength but, whats the functionality of being that strong?

  • @slimbw93 The "functionality" is for whatever sport he's involved in. Powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman etc. It's a hobby and a passion. Even if he wasn't in any of those sports and had no real use for training this way, why would it matter? He's pushing his body to the limits and challenging/bettering himself. People that ask the "why" questions, will never understand.

  • @RuggerFlail i understand "why" i was more concerned with what hes training for?

  • SCONNY9- that is full range. He is working his tri's. If he goes higher, he will be putting more of the weight on his crest.

  • Isolation better for the chest.

  • @anurah1982 why would you say that?!!? lol

  • question: why doesn't he do full range of motion?

  • @sconny09 Who gives a fuck this guy is strong as fuck.

  • @sconny09 he can't hyper extend

  • @sconny09 don't listen to the other guys, the REAL reason he didn't do full range is because he wasn't locking out. If you come close to the lock out point then go for another rep you keep a constant tension on the muscle allowing for maximum hypertrophy (mass building) and in the end he locked out to give himself breaks to squeeze out a few more reps

  • @sconny09 because hes training the targeted muscles, in this case the triceps, notice how people who use a full range of motion are weak and small? want to know why? because when using a full range of motion on "most" exercises you lose tension on the targeted muscle at the very bottom and at the very end of the movement, keep tension on the muscle through the entire set!

  • lol i fucking love this guy!! just a no name monster thats lifting more than pros, true inspiration

  • Dude wtf

  • IT'S OVER 9000!!!!!

  • why do you go to the gym still -_-

  • what the fuck? who is this?

  • looks like u could do 20

  • This guys a genetics freak! Fucking wow!

  • Only 495?!? Please...I could only hope to dead lift that...after about 3 months more worth of training...if I got off my ass, away from my computer...and got to the gym. Seriously sick lift man.

  • your close grip is my wide grip

  • His forearms looks like huge drumsticks :D Impressive strength...

  • Fuck my ears he's strong

  • He is one strong guy.

  • IDC wat anybody says bodybuilding is a MAN'S BLISS!!!

  • This is awesome stuff, watching one of the strongest humans on the planet. Your channel deserves way views and credit.

  • Wow and I thought me benching 360 was strong back to training hard again

  • Damn....just damn.

  • most pro bodybuilders or powerlifters cant even bench that raw

  • @calvinchoe100 actually yes they can thats what the juice is for Kai, victor, melvin anthony, dexter jackson name one and they all at one time did or still do bench press 500lb or more for reps 12 to 15. you do less weight as you grow older and train smarter dont want too fuck up your joints

  • wow...

  • who is he whats his name?

  • Jesus Christ. And to think he's even STRONGER now.

Screw this lifting stuff. I'm taking up chess or something :D

  • wow that was awesome. you are very strong keep it going.

  • @007cascader

    close grip i mean lol

  • @007cascader

im not cryin dude lol im jus sayin he's really big to be having a neutral grip like that >.<

  • his close grip is my neutral grip...

  • Wow, that was impressive. Check my vids, in my gym I filmed a 85kg guy doing 235kg.

  • one of the strongest benchers i've see whats your max?? how much do you weigh??

  • guy is a monster

  • very impressive

  • Just like to say again that this guy is an absolute powerhouse. I never seen anyone do heavy weights like that raw like he was. I know guys who are lighter that can do heavy for 1 or 2 reps

  • tell me you're powerlifting...

  • the one person who disliked this thinks inverted pronated reverse one armed cable kickbacs while standing on a yoga ball are the best tricep moves.

  • @secutorclaudius I dont know what the fuck you just said kid.., but you special. gimme da map scott!

  • @spidanez i don't know either. but i bet that's how gym "trainers" talk.

  • @secutorclaudius I wish i could like this more than once

  • you should uppload more vids man!! whats ur 1RM should be around 660?

  • @muzimuzi looks like u never got kicked out of ur gym liar.

  • @rctriplefresh5 i didnt get kicked from any gym moron - just the other gym i used to train at , i have no ride to there anymore i still have my home-gym to train at - looks like you loose

  • so what does close grip n wide grip workout? does close grip workout the tricepts n chest or what? some1 plz tell me

  • @blade83336 yeah, closer grip bench (and dips) is probably the best tri movement u can do. don't go like 12 inches apart or nothing, it will KILL your wrists, the man knows what he's doing, look at his arms. it takes your lats and shoulder somewhat out of the equation and puts more stress on the tris. u will still feel it in your pecs some too. hope i helped.

  • perfect form

  • That's about 200 more than I can do for 9... Takes some hard work to get there.

  • This is one in a billion strength folks.

  • @paul481cj right this lift didn't count cause it wasn't in a meet. So I guess when you get a big PR in the gym you don't tell your friends or anyone since it wasnt in a meet. Stfu dude your just making yourself look like an idiot. This guy is most likely stronger than you so have some respect.

  • for what it is worth i have made all my best lifts in national competition

  • Regardless of the arguing of 'official weights' and all that bullshit. This boy is putting the time in and repping some monster weight. Great lift; fuck all the haters.

  • calling me gay is like calling Dwight Howard shorty...How much has he benched in competition?! God knows there are enough meets and federations for him to lift in..

  • dude u had 10 NO PROBLEM

  • lot of jelous people on here that dont feel good about themselves so they gotta try and take away from this guy , this guy is a beast thats all there is to it the lifts are real and so are the weights the only thing not real is all the bull shit talkers on here your all fake get a life !!

  • what has he done in a meet!??

  • @paul418cj Who gives a fuck

  • @paul418cj more than you.

  • i would feel a lot more confident about the veracity of the weights if i knew he had benched a big weight offically ib a powerlifting meet....

  • @paul418cj hahaha yeah he just brought in a shitload of fake plates to load onto the bar. lets explain this again. since i think the first guys comment went over your head. he repped 635 for a double at super training gym, a prolific and well known gym in the powerlifting world. you dont have to see a lift done in competition for it to be legit, you just have to use your head. those look like rubber coated plates btw

  • i do not believe that is 495...i agree with goe1988...also watch the way the weights move during the lift...

  • @paul418cj This guy went to Supertraining Gym and repped out with 585. They wouldn't let some guy walk in and slide on bullshit fake plates at Supertraining. Super-strong benchers who can handle over 600 pounds have crossed a threshold into the inhuman - the way they move weights just looks different. I bet most people can't move a broom handle the way this guy can move 225.

  • @ptarleton actually this guy has the cleanest looking bench i've ever seen.

  • @paul418cj you gay ass son of a bitch, those are real plates, those kind of plates like to fucking move a lot . They wobble, they are in motion ...Duh

  • dude close grips 100 pounds more then my max deadlift, feels bad man :(

  • HUGE

  • freakish!!! based by the views this video is way under appreciated...

  • When will new videos be up?

  • That's crazy!!!! Very impressive man I hope to be that strong soon

  • @AlwaysBelieveFitness keep hoping. You might NEVER be this strong. It takes incredible genetics for this kid of strength potential; and even if you have the genetics for it; it takes years and years and YEARS. If you ever achieve this kind of strength, it sure as hell isn't going to be any time soon.

  • this is more than ronnie colemans 495 bench lol

  • how come the bar doestn bend at al in any of your heavy bench videos, and the spotter gives u a very high and quick lift off

  • Not really a true close grip. but still damn impressive.

  • Comment removed

  • @Punish94 Are you serious man? He doesn't need your damn opinion on his terminology. He could eat you alive.

  • dame son are you a powerlifter or what sorry to say never heard of you but tyou got my attention

  • Thx for the invite! U got some serious strength.. especially in your triceps. Those vids taken at Gold's? No Gold's here in Finland so gotta come check out few legendary ones when in Vegas...

  • WWooWW !!!!!!

  • holy crap man whats ur max like 700? lol

  • bad ass

  • Holy fuckin shit!

  • awesome pressing as usual.

  • is impressive u are so strong and handsome lol jejejeje!!! impressive!!!

  • Raw power bro!!

  • Bro seriously man, u got sum insane videos here and i can reasonable say that your bench videos are easily top5 and the ironey is, knw one even knws what your lifting the view count reflects that. To differentiate your videos, i wanna see a 600 ilbs for x 5! You could probably do it, peace

  • strong dude

  • Your a beast, how long did it take you to get there? Check out my vids, 17 years old doing 320 and 290 for reps

  • Very strong!

  • I use to go a lot closer but it puts way to much strain on your wrists, I see no benefit in closer than shoulder width. Give them a try trust me you will use more weight get just as good triceps work with little to no stress on the wrists.

  • that was not close grip but still 495c9 is nuts man.....nuts.

  • amazing strength

  • You the same guy from Mark Bell's video?

  • insane strength. Ive never seen anyone come close to doing this weight 9x! Would love to see other lifts-squat, deadlift, military press or anything.......

  • How about posting a video doing pull ups?
