Do you think you could equal or beat "gonzomax1" at his 125 non-stop leg extensions or his 5+ minute leg hold at 12 inches? There must be a woman on here somewhere with really tough abs who can do that!
doesn't hurt my back at all, because i do them correctly and don't involve my back muscles, so my back never hurts after doing them, ab & quad muscles...
all i have to say is ...wow! lol, i am inspired by your determination. I just got into weight training myself (4months now) and i'm doing it just to transform my body. How long have you've been doing this?
hi im using an ab slant board and im doing 3 sets of 20 with a 10 pound weight on my chest. Will these workouts give me a good six pack? and do you have any other advice? thanx lots
put the weight behind your head or up to your face to create more leverage... you'll feel it straight up decrease weight load if you need to.. form is gold
