Im from Walters and was there. Now first off, ill say that it was Walters' fault that it came down to that last shot. They controlled the entire game but handled the ball EXTREMELY poorly against Pocola's less than stellar press. They constantly tried to flip the ball over double teams. However, the technical was really a bogus call. The referee right by the bench told the player to get back and got everything under control. The other official should have stayed out of it. Still a great game tho

I am from Walters! We did not pay the price! We did sooo good! I was at this game! We did AMAZING! The girl that ran out was a senior! We was excited that we almost won state! The refes told us that the buzzer was off and that we really should have won! So anyone else that would like to bag on Walters!!! Bag on Pacola cause they did not disver to win!!

After the shot left her hands she did the moon jumping. notice the up and down motion. But once the ball leaves your hands your free to travel of course. I did see some Hectic movement once she had the ball though.

@GasCityGuy The refs are paid to enforce the rules. Blame the ones who made that rule, if you must, but the referees made the correct call. Championship teams are expected to show discipline. Walters did not, and they paid the price.
