Just because we have been born in a low caste family does not mean that we must remain there our entire lives. If you actually READ the Bhagavad Gita properly, you'd read that Krishna preaches equality in Gita 5.18, 12.13, 12.18, and other lines. This is silly logic. When the Rig Veda says that the four castes came from Purusha's body parts, it means that all four castes must work together like the body parts work together. If any one part fails, the body fails. So too, if any caste abuses another caste, the entire society suffers. It is true that G-d will forgive us, but G-d also did not just give us the New Testament alone. He gave us the whole Bible, both the Old and New Testaments. In the Bible, Paul was saying that we have freedom in living our lives according to G-d's Law. It is because of the Law that we have freedom; we have freedom to be G-d's servants. It is a complete package. You cannot have the New Testament without the Old Testament and you cannot have the Old Testament without the New Testament.

Although I differ with Hinduism on some points, but I think this caste system stuff is mostly blown out of proportion by christian missionaries. Eg Ku Kulx Klan and Christian Identity, for decades has been promoting Racism and Christianity under one banner. Ask any Christian Missionary and see how he twists words to answer this question. Most of the times they'll try to distance Christianity from KKK or Christian Identity etc. But when it comes to Hinduism, they try their best to twist facts.

He's tried his best to express his views, but his idea about Karma is based on its representation by corrupt people. Selfish people always find ways to corrupt and manipulate the environment around them. That's exactly many 'Brahmins' have done in the past centuries and come up with a very distorted view of Karma. This is what our poster here has based his views upon. I don't know about Hinduism, but Buddhism has never said that Karma is not changeable and therefore permanent.

Mumbai, Apr. 29, 2008 - Nearly 1,800 Christians converted to Hindu faith in a ceremony held in Mumbai on April 27, the AsiaNews service reports. These people were earlier "lured to Christianity" by misleading liars aka missionaries. Dear Paul,ages ago I guessed correctly that Karma and caste is a way of racism and bigotry instituted by the warfaring Aryan invaders upon the indigenous Dravidians.I argued this issue out to my ex-Indian girlfriend but she was more interested in gender inequality in M'sia.Another Sikh lawyer friend of mine has also said that the caste system is Aryan racism & supremacy. Strangely Buddhism and Hinduism kills the practitioners desire to receive anything at all from the Creator.
