Yes Israel offered Turkey aid, it offered aid and then rushed to the media no 2 minutes later to make news of it. The man making the video forgets Turkey sent 3 firefighting helicopters during Israel's recent tragic fires. Turkey did not rush to the media to shout out it has offered help, it just did it.
