Wow, Isa's mistake cost him the game.

He ended that dust combo in the last round with Sidewinder (qcf+HS) instead of VV + knockdown (dp+HS). If he would have gotten that last knockdown and okizeme, he probaly would have won.

Sidewinder does more damage than Volcanic Viper at that stage and knockdown isn't guaranteed after so many hits, IIRC.
