  • Thank goodness Sean allowed me to shoot some video of him that night so that even though he's physically gone, we at least have been able to document his great talent and share it through YouTube.

  • I would do anything to see him live. I am so upset I didn't know about him till it was too late.

  • Great bluesman (rip)

  • Complete package.

  • Sean you are great. R.I.P.

  • wow. What a voice !

  • What a tragic loss - never heard of Sean Costello until a friend recommended him yesterday. He had such a great feel for the blues!

  • omg this is fucking awesome:O why do these awesome guys has to die:O It makes me wanna cry. What a voice what soul what a man.

  • SWEET JESUS..........so sad.................

  • THIS is what makes youtube great! Being able to jump right into a master's performance like this means the music will never die.

Sean is so on fire here. How we all miss him so much...

  • love this one audio is pretty good so much feelin in this song

  • A Hell of a LOSS to the Blues World at Large...He was my favorite of the bright

young blues stars climbing his way up.

  • LOL i just LOVE watching Sean do his thing. he's firing on all cylinders here thats for sure..his raw emotion and power is rarely matched by anyone nowadays...he was truly a gift from god for all of us...gone way too soon. RIP

  • Absolutely unreal! Thanks for posting. Sean was one helluva nice guy. RIP.

  • Yeah--he was the shit. I mean, no doubt. What a soulful player, so musical. Damn, what a loss.

  • Leaves one breathless....such a tragic loss....such a huge talent. Who can possibly fill his shoes? Why do we lose such huge musical talents every year? And, years before their time? The connection between exceptional talent and enormous personal strife or affliction exist all too often. I am thankful to all who have captured Sean Costello's performances on You Tube so that many more guitarists can be inspired. I am just awestruck and very sorry I did not see him live.

  • @Sluwickie yeah it sucks to see someone so beautiful and amazing waste their talent doing drugs. his voice is unreal. a young white boy with as much soul as an old black bluesman.

  • @TMMSfanCLUB I don't think Sean wasted his talents with drugs. In fact, I'm positive he was just self-medicating himself for his Bi-Polar disorder because he probably didn't even realize he had it until maybe it started to effect him more. Generally people with ADHD, Bi-Polar, are often very creative, yet troubled souls... Sean was managing the best way he knew, he went into that hotel room just wanted to chill from being in the spotlight, get a little high, but got too high, i miss you sean

  • @Sluwickie I also never saw Sean. I figured I had all the time in the world to see him. I'd grow old with him and he'd just get better and better. But he's like the brightest stars in the sky that burn out so quickly. I feel cheated....I just wish I could have said something to him that would've mattered and who knows? But I'm just a guitar player. I love you Sean!!

  • As a blues bassist, I would have loved to have sat in with Sean! I'm looking forward to it in the Afterlife!!

  • THE BEST FOREVER

  • Sean Rest In Peace

  • SEAN joue maintenant au paradis des guitaristes de blues ,,, avec steevy ray vaughn,,, jimmy hendrix,,,, et tant d'autres,,,,

  • This is just absolute feeling and soul. Blues in it's purest form. RIP

  • RIP Sean. I just got back from Northside in Atlanta and you are so missed. I'm still listening...

  • RIP

  • i didn't realize he was that good. what a loss.

  • NOW !!!!,This IS the blues....sean's really using the p-90's to the hilt on this one!

  • Man, I cant help but feel like us younger guys lost the cat that was carrying the torch for the next batch of young blues players. Sean, you were always a pleasure to see and to hang out with. I'm still so damn sad that you're not with us anymore.

  • I believe this song is.."It's my own fault"...In any event Sean is the Killer on that '56 Goldtop.
