I love THE, it is the core of humanity: emotions, i don't believe i will ever stop listening to this album, it brings up so much emotions and memories!
I am a fan of hardstyle, hip-hop, tek and all that stuff... but without my friends now it i am also fan of the legends of classic music and tbh i dont like rock,metal,... but this is just a god playing.
@perpetualkittens Niiice :D It's honestly a bit difficult to get people to listen to Ayreon here :/ I mention progressive space metal opera, and they're like "whaa?" But for those who open up to it, even the uptight derps, they're just like, "This...is f***ing amazing!" And I say, "Haa..I told ye so." :p
I absolutely adore this song. Every time I hear it, I just think and wonder how amazing it would be if played with more strings...using a viola, violin, and a few cellos...ahhhh.
@RacerofSoul Yes, but a orchestra sounds better ( so do I think). Not so perfect like a keyboard. Because the people who play in a orchestra will make some little mistakes you can't make with an keyboard. If you listen to Appocaliptica you'll understand why.
Reminds me of peoples park here in dun laoghaire, i used to go hangout there with my parents once a month, then we moved away.
I just went for a walk listening to this song through the park and it kinda just bought back some happy memories, before life just became about work and college.
I love the crowd Arjen brings in with his music. He doesn't attract the (idiots dare I say) mainstream of todays music society, or atleast, not that I've noticed and it is such a nice feeling to listen to the music, too. :)
It's maybe my favourite from Human Equation. It really sounds like innocently playing children (to me like girls in the beginning and at 1:28 wilder boys joining in o.O)

strange how it does actually make you remember being a kid, and trying to conquer the known world in your backyard.

Day9..?

@TheLostWayfarer
It's part of a concept album spanning 20 days (a track per day) in short over a man falling into a coma.
This is day nine, it's pretty well linked with Day Eight.
Unless I read your comment wrong.

THIS SONG. OHH MY GOSH. i was going through all of this awful stress, and now I'm just like, 'Yes. Peace. Wonderful"
I also got my uptight, Catholic mum to listen to Ayreon. SCORE. =D

Nice relaxing bit after a very intense part. It is a moment's reprieve before the next act. Nice touch.

@yoshiko09 You'll need a whole orchestra to do that
