Good stuff Tim, like the footwork incorporation looks good :) you tried that stepover trick with a football? Also have you tried footbag? When you catch the staff like that on your foot it has a real footbag style to it.

@learn2freestyle cheers dude, ive messed around with a footbag but only for fun......as for a football i would struggle to kicxk on in a straighline......keep me posted of any new vids you make and ill blast them accross fb for ya

@jugglinginferno try the footbag trick called the clipper, might be a bit awkward because of the size of the staff but would look great if you could pull it off.

1, I just dont enjoy it...
