I just met Chef Jeff. As busy as he is getting ready to open his new restaurant "Run Chicken Run" in South Beach, he was kind enough to show me around the restaurant and let me tell you, it is going to be a tremendous hit. I might even be involved with assisting him with the smoked BBQ he is planning on putting on the menu. Good luck Jeff....I know it will be a huge success!

Jeff Mcinnis is Awesome! He only uses the best ingredients( part of the reason for his sucess) I looked for these products made by the famous Fernando Pensato family and found that they are not easy to get.. My brother says he buys them in Iavarrone Brothers in Long Island NY.

I found them while traveling in Minnesota in a wonderful store called Kowalski's Market.

I also found them in a few stores online.

( they are unreal and worth every cent I paid) I will be ordering more.

I was there and tasted the pasta and olive oils.

He's right, they are the best in the world, you gotta taste these oils.
