okay, for the bottom bed, is the bed raised to where you can buy an underneath-the-bed storage box so i can put stuffi n there? or does the bed already have something underneath? thank you :)

@missmariab The bed underneath has drawers but you can also put a storage box next to it as well. There's tons of space!

@wateres It's more of a twin size. I totally forgot, but you can buy bed sheets from a site that UCR refers you to. It fits exactly onto the mattress that is provided. That's what I did. Good luck.

@genarrowful - You can select your roommates, you just need their names. Or if not, when you sign up for the dorms, you can select your interests and likes so UCR Housing Services picks out random people to be your roommates who have similar bonds and interests. Make sure you be very specific lol

@miggy1088 Cable man, cable. I'd hate to think a modern university in the United States still uses rabbit ears LOL

As for Internet, there is one ethernet cable per person.

@hkpencils Sorry, I have no info what so ever. I've been searching the internet like a mad woman with no such luck. All I know is 1) Pentland triples have a loft space for 2 beds 2) Lothian triples have a bunk bed and a single bed 3)AI is the oldest hall out of the three with the largest triples. So I'm assuming that a triple at AI is a bunk and single like at Lothian

@pinknblac That isn't always the case. There are some A-I triples with a loft and I have to admit, it was slightly bigger than Pentland's triples. It looks like "two levels" just as the other person said.

Hey, what are the pros and cons of having a triple? I'm thinking of getting one because its cheaper. I think I'm going to stay at East Lothian though, do the triples there also have a loft?

@RLSell1992 No loft at East Lothian. It is a bunk bed. Triple is cheaper by a few hundred bucks, I forget. Triple = 3 people, cheaper, Double = 2 people, expensive. Double has the most space.

Nice tour dude :D I'm going to UCR this fall and is really considering doing a Pentland Hill Triple. Quickflow said he didn't have a loft, do you know is it just B building have lofts and some others? u think i can get it if i requested?

@007texan You get a loft in a Triple if you are on the 2nd floor. You may be unlucky and get a Triple in the 1st floor, which consists of 1 bed and 1 bunk bed for 2. So you can just play with your chances of trying to get a 2nd floor Triple. 2nd floor rooms are always the biggest and most spacious of any rooms available.

@007texan A-I has the bigger triple's but it's the oldest building at UCR. I'd pick Lothian because it's like the balance between the three dorms. East Lo has A/C, West Lo does not. Good luck.
