If I were a writer heres what i would do. I would make Sylar leave the abilities and heroes/villians sort of things and try to start a normal life again. So since he's wanted Angela helps out to say thanks for saving the world or watever and gets him a new identity. So he gets a job on Claire's campus like a college engineer or somthing like that.
