The bottom line (and I can say this as an engineer with a PhD) is that there needs to be a Manhattan Project approach for Renewable and Sustainable energy..if America can send men to the Moon we can surely assemble our best and brightest to make us independent of foreign oil...the oil that is out there for the taking will be taken by China and Russia...we need to approach this from ALL angles

Excellent plan, very well thought-out, logical and coherent solution to our energy problems. Republicans did an excellent job in the recent past in informing Americans about the concerns of America relying on foreign countries for our oil supply. Their actions led to falling oil prices. The Democrats need to be forced to work with Republicans for an effective and beneficial plan to our energy problems. Democrats' radical, socialist plan would be a disaster for our country!
