    3.Want to see

    2.Want to see SO MUCH

1.A piece of crap storyline that was polished with big special effects, but remained a pile a shit.

  • @mrtotheextreme Alright listen, I know matter how recycled the story line for Avatar is and how pissed people really are about that, that doesn't matter, all that matters is a storyline for a movie like this actually worked. You can't say that the movie is shit just because a storyline has been overused. Otherwise what else would have been better? It still worked as a good movie no matter what. Forget how overused the story is, just think about it, is it still a good movie or what?

  • Are you kidding? Avatar?! I know that it's so bad it's good, but it's not the best movie on earth!

  • dr strangelove = how comedies should be made

  • @jesseshulman i have to ask...What do you mean?

  • hahahaha dr strange love FTW

  • he's a bad actor and has a bad taste in movies. I'm not sure if he's joking or serious. And any one who thinks avatar number 1 is so dumb.

  • @Alchemist1330 Quite the opposite. One goal of cinema is to steal the observer into the world of the story and not let them out until the credits roll, a goal Avatar's reached better than any other film since Edwin S. Porter first put scissors and celluloid together. It's the condescending saps who - unable to form their own educated opinions - parrot the Avatar-is-stupid bandwagon and criticize other people's tastes. The irony's enough to drown in.

  • 5.) From Dusk Till Dawn

    4.) Hellraiser

  • @noknife83 Those are my fav films too!

  • @Nikimouse311 great minds

  • My list keeps changing, but includes Chaplin, Life is Beautiful, Singing in the Rain, Idiocracy and Ecino Man.

Brendan Fraser is an amazing actor. Just saw Mrs. Winterboune for the first time and it was such a good performance. After hearing his audio book I realize he has more range than many fans may know. He deserves the best scripts. Loved him in the mummy series especially... He's Canada's answer to errol flynn, but much sexier. ( :

  • I haven't seem chitty chitty bang bang in years... They never play it in Canada.

  • He must be high.

  • God really great list, though I've yet to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Oliver Twist, but I agree with what he said about Avatar as well.

  • 1.On the Waterfront

    2.Goodfellas

    3.The Usual Suspects

4.One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

    5.The Shawshank Redemption

  • My, Brendan has a way with words ... "Cowboy. Satire. " Yeeah ...

I agree about Dr. Strangelove and Star Wars--not sure if I'd make Avatar number one, but I understand why. As an actor in show business, he saw in Avatar, the future of movies--a future he wants to be a part of.

It really bothers me how Brendan does his hair when he's not in movies--just gels it to stick up awkwardly. He shouldn't hide that he's such a handsome man.

  • Avatar? Really?

  • @wantsomecake328 hey, its not that bad! im sure you loved it too in 3d!

  • dr strangelove is a good one.

  • fraser makes shit movies.

  • ... really suprising choices. I like Oliver Twist, but never watched it./

  • all good choices except Avatar

  • the mans got good taste lol

  • Brandon is such a cutie!

  • Don't know why but I just don't like this guy...

  • it was good but it had serious script issues. not a classic. visually great, one of the best to date, but should a one dimensional movie be the best ever, I think not. how about arguing my point and not my opinion. then i will stop thinking your just another troll.

  • blah blah blah did you not notice most of the RT scores in the corner?

*mocking you in a whiney voice* "waahh he picked avatar. what a loser. i know everything. my opinion is better. whine whine whine"

    yeah, stfu

  • wow some get cranky when you make fun of his Mummy. get it...no, maybe I should resort to speaking with letter so my parents don't know I am swearing at people on youtube.

  • i generally expect that from hollywood but I don't expect someone who has made a career out or movies to think it is the best film ever. it is clearly not and I apreciate you opinion, you make a great point, enjoy a movie for what it is but when comparing it to all other films, it doesn't stand up.

  • lol it wasn't the first to use CG. I'm not sure what film was the first but Tron used CG in 1982 & the Black Hole used CG in 1979

  • your totally right, it wasn't the first, and no one remembers the ones you mention, as the best as some of the best movies ever made. visuals will put people in the seats but the fail the test of time. appreciate the old effects for sure but this will always get "better"

  • People remember Tron, there's a sequel being made right now.

  • wow that was crepy how he sound
