I didn't know Let's Plays and Walkthroughs actually had a difference. I just thought it was a different way of naming a series of video of a user playing through a game completely and in details. So Let's Plays innivitabely means the host of it is gonna be talking through it? Then... what about a walkthrough that has the host doing the same thing? Is it considered a Let's Play or a Walkthrough?

@Jaiden11 Well i you want to go by the general rule it would technically be a LP but alot of people call them walkthroughs anyway. Really what matters is that all LPs are supposed to have commentary.

@sevinup07 Well a walkthrought is where the player doesn't need to have commentary on his video. But it also is what the word says he walks you through the game where in a lets play the player is just playing it for the first time or not, he doesn't need to know everything and he can just play and have fun, he might even skip some missions or just screw around like in a gta game.

Try to be a bit more confident in your commentary, I couldn't really hear you over Keldarasha talking. Also, the mic placement could be a bit better because there was a lot of popping near the beginning. I like your thinking, though: just break into every house and steal everything while the entire town is busy in the monster hysteria xD

It's not about me being confident, I just didn't have my mic volume up high enough. I fixed that starting in part 6 I believe.

I don't think you understand my meaning when I say "confident". I'll explain it a bit differently: Your voice sounds hesitant, there are also some nervous patterns in your speech which is natural for being your first commentary. Try speaking like you normally would to friends: informal and slightly "loud" if I had to describe it in a single word.

I completely understand what you mean. It's kind of hard to take that away from my voice, because believe it or not, that's just me being very calm. It's like that when I'm just talking with nothing much to say, just so there won't be complete silence for too long. Trust me even in a few parts from now, ones I haven't uploaded yet, it gets a little better. My mic doesn't make my voice very clear for one thing. But yeah, like you said it takes time and practice. It will get better as I go.

And therein lies the problem: The calmness. Calmness is fine in real-world applications, but for entertainment purposes people aren't going to find it very interesting to watch someone be calm unless it's an episode of "Frasier". People want to watch someone with energy that will keep them entertained throughout the part. Case-in-point: Cloud8745. Yes, it's just an act, but he is entertaining as all hell.
