Hakeem would be the most dominate center of are era if he played in today's league. And on a regular basis, he would make Kobe have to adjust his game to specifically trying to avoid getting blocked by Olajuwon.

@DkMonster12 Kobe won more rings but he played with Shaq and now Gasol. Olajuwon played with Kenny Smith and Robert Horry (and Clyde in 1995---past his prime). Kobe is a top 10 player of all-time (and perhaps top 5) no doubt, but he could not lead the 94' and 95' Rockets teams to a championship. He shot 25% from the floor in Game 7 of the finals this past year.

I agree. MJ and most of the league got their turnaround jumpers and post pivot moves from Hakeem.  He did for the turnaround with the fade away what Spud Webb did for dunk contests using the lob and/or bounce off the backboard.

@Sendo911 MJ led a cast of nobody's (except Pippen) to 6 championships. Kobe had the extremely dominant Shaq and Gasol, and a cast of solid role players. Kobe is prob a top 5 player of all-time but he is not MJ, although it is kinda close.
