umm... no i have the SP2 of vista its crap. Just took xp and polished the user interface and added some gadgets to make it look like they did hard work on it, in short vista is a Microsoft scam total rubbish nothing that i couldn't do with XP nothing.

Linux is free. The most popular version is currently Ubuntu (www.ubuntu.com). Comes with everything you need, include MSWord compatible word processor, spreadsheet, safe browser, etc. Any you don't have to worry about viruses.
