I had this album, and mostly this song, on repeat for at least 6 months when I got it back in 2003. Still their best stuff along with Leviathan. Also my friends band were supposed to support them up in Dublin around 2005 - didn't happen, they supported High On Fire instead. Many a blunt was had - Matt Pike's hilarious.

Remission and Leviathan were such deeply setted with brutal riffs, demonic choruses, and devilish, yet melodic leads that made you feel that soft, light part of you while feeling bad ass and angry. I miss their old ways, not that they sound bad now. They seemed to have mellowed up a bit lately though. It's becuase of these first two albums, I can see them perform with groups like Dethklok live, or on an album for that matter.

@Tdrummer888 I have that same problem. You're not gonna get that tone with a steel snare. Get a wood picolo snare and tighten that bitch till you can't any more. Also get a thin batter head. Like a Clear Remo Ambassor. A Steel Pincolo snare is cheaper but won't give as good sound as a wooden one.
