Basically she doesn't wanna be known as "The girl with all the Emilie Autumn videos on youtube" Because she wants to be able to make her own art. Her selection choice is based on how much financial comfort he's going to bring into her life, how much shopping she can do with his money.The old, "what are you going to give me if i'm with you" attitude.

@MilmakeBelle It's a good question. Might want to ask why women like bad boys. There are many good men out there that are faithful but for some reason, women some how think bad boys are more fun, which is probably true. Nice guys spend time getting good jobs, while pretty girls spend time spreading legs for the bad boys, when she grows up, she runs to the nice guy because he's got money to fund her comfortable life. That is how it really works, love has nothing to do with it, It's an illusion.

@Manifold73tube For a large part of our society maybe, but there are girls out there who are looking for a nice guy, possibly not the ones who fall under the "pretty" category. I suppose they would be categorized as average girls who's appearance don't attract the attention of men. They could be paralleled to the nice guy, for most men prefer a "pretty" girl, which makes sense. "Love is an illusion", that can't be properly verified without a philosophical incrustation of "love".

@Manifold73tube I found one that was kind, or so I thought. Then when we moved in together after a year of dating, it all changed. I dated him even tho, he was what people call unattractive (being kind here) and very average to little money. It was truely his way of writing to me and speaking to me that I fell in love with, I didnt care about his 'traits' society wouldnt accept. Now, he is a horrid abusive, rude, cold bastard, with little regard for what he does have. Me and now.. our child.

Both lie, they just do it differently. Men and women in OUR first world nation society are over rated. It is the TV, movies, dumb shows like jersey shore, schools that shape us into what we are. Without all that, I think men and women will be a lot more truthful and happy together.
