seems NA version does have this (read splitinfinity's FAQ), but the special attack in another video...that I really have no idea what it is. It seems it's also a PS activated attack. Man, I totally was not aware of these attacks, even though I've completed the game...

yes it is assist blitz but theres a tiny, tiny chance combination arts will activate.
go to gamespot and look at splitinfinitys FAQ.
