Struscio means to rub, to rub shoes on the ground not to touch others.

struscio in Rome is a way of saying cause in via del Corso in the center between Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venezia the young boys teenagers use those road to know other girls teenagers and vice versa by the walking across the street. This is the meaning of struscio The street normally is always crowed so it's easy to touch without will other people here the reason cause the struscio which it means touching.

Struscio is touch the ground with shoes very slowly and nott touch another person...in the cullture of south italy many years ago if you touch another person you can get a knife in the tummy !!!!!!
