Jesus CHRIST.THANKYOU for the heads up. I've been contemplating investing in income properties and this definately gives me a little insight as to what I could potentially expect. I'm curious, have you taken civil action for the damages? Personally, i'd ask them to pay, or submit a copy of your videotape to CPS. I've no doubt that they'd be interested in the crap in the shower and rodent shit notoriously contains salmonella. (thinking of the kids room). These fuckers should be held accountable.
