It's these kinds of video's that are really useful if you are a Jiggly main. It allows you to see what he could have done, what not to do, and how he could have turned the match to his favor. It also shows that even pro's have difficulties sometimes too, they aren't pure pwnage in every match.
true. And I just started getting some online wins with Jiggly. Struggled quite a bit though, but kept working on mixing up my game. Got a few recent wins.
they killed jiggly in brawl :( she sucks now used to main her for melee and she got raped for brawl her rest move doesnt even make the sweet sound when it hits anymore. which me and my friends dubbed the pwn sound.
Jigglypuff's weight wasn't used smartly enough. I noticed that he leaned into Pikachu's attack most of the time. Jigglypuff can easily be juggled. I'm not dissing or anything, but if he floated away from pikachu and used Pound,or even Rest, Pikachu would have fallen for that trap 9 outta 10 times.
They're just saying I'm not the worst pika main in the world =P. It was just impressive to make it to the bracket out of 200 people playing mostly Pika at a big Melee tournament. I beat a lot of peeps =p.
You can be considered good without going to tournaments, but in general people that don't go, or at least go to a tourney for their first time rarely place well just because of the lack of competitive playing experience.
There have been major tournaments in Indiana, California, Maryland, and Connecticut. If you couldn't make it to any of those parts of the country, then the only viable excuse would have to be "I live in Europe/Asia." Funny, though, I remember two people from Japan going to OC3 in California...
so you're saying that people who aren't willing to pay a large fee to fly to californa for like a 2 day tournament(?), are completely out of ellegibility to be considered a "good" player

If you don't have the experience of playing against tournament level players, then yes, you are completely out of eligibility to be considered a good player.
jigglypuff should have used side B!!!!!! it has great priority, range and knock back.

it's also useful to pika mains, a good jiggs is a scary thing, nobody ever has a chance to practice against a good jiggly

Anther is actually the best Pikachu player in the world, and my hero!

Don't state your opinions as fact.
wadlet 4 years ago
It's a pretty widespread opinion. There's also the fact that Anther's the only Pikachu main who made it to Top 32 brackets at *pound* 3.
eradikatus 4 years ago
ya but can anyone in the whole world make it to that tournament.
Mezikya 4 years ago
If you aren't dedicated enough to make it to the last foreseeable major Melee tournament, who's to say you're actually good at this game?
