  • This is sublime!

I only just realized that both songs have 'do do do do do', but with different melodies.

  • dedicated to all that people who never had the chance to take a walk on the wild side!

  • "New York City's the place where they said, Hey babe..."

  • But the song who madeit? Suzanne Vega and Tom's Diner? Is a remix that have added them? Or they made it together with Lou Reed?

  • @MarcoCC91

Ciao! it's just a minimix by Dj Liebrand

  • Do you know where I could buy a copy of this? Amazing.

  • Let´s listen - one more time !

  • Too cool!

  • NICE JAM!!!

  • They missed an opportunity here: they could have used the entire opening melody of Suzanne's "Tom Diner". Would have fitted in perfectly. :-(

  • @davidvdmaat

yes it would have "fitted" in perfectly, to bad they "didnted" know that...

  • @TheVyrus74 Oops ;-)

  • For the original recording the record was co-produced by David Bowie and he also played the sax at the end.

  • this works because of the dichotomy of lou and suzan..just diametrically opposed. Universal duality.

  • @zen31999 heavy dude. your blowin my mind.

  • My favorite version of this classic.

  • The Saxplayer must be Gerbrand Westveen.

  • Dam...love the groove don't care about the words either way, LR & SV are a perfect blend. Appreciate the drummer gettin seriously down and that SAX!!!, there's probably a law somewhere on the books about swingin an axe like that...just tooooo dam good for human consumption. Who ARE these people???? ...Like the bad guy said on the Eastwood movie, "I gots to know". Thanks to whoever produced this 6:37 of pure groooove. (gotta hit replay)

  • good stuff

  • mitico brano , bello il remix
