Youtube, is one of the most commonly sued cites because users often times upload scenes or music without receiving permission or providing a disclaimer. This allows lawyers and private companies to have a hay day, and allow them to earn money through lawsuits. Youtube, must work around the clock in order to prevent users from uploading content without permission from the respected providers. Hollywood is big on suing, so thats why.
