    What would you suggest if I do not have a spotter when I do bench presses and can't do the last one or two reps because I do not want to get stock with all that weight? any help will be greatly appreciated.

    By the way, I train at home cause with 3 kids its better allocation of my time. thanx

  • hi i'm a noob in body building, i'm abit confused. Isn't the muscle weaker at the bottom not the top of the arm, thats why people cheat and use pure mometum as you've stated so if you do the half rep shouldn't your arm start straight?

    if you do the half rep while your arms already in the arm-curl position it would be easier and thus breaks the point of doing the half rep

  • have you ever noticed people leaning back during curls? thats because they get the weight up but when they cant finish, leaning back puts the elbows infront of the weight so that it takes itself all the way
