hi i'm a noob in body building, i'm abit confused. Isn't the muscle weaker at the bottom not the top of the arm, thats why people cheat and use pure mometum as you've stated so if you do the half rep shouldn't your arm start straight?
if you do the half rep while your arms already in the arm-curl position it would be easier and thus breaks the point of doing the half rep
have you ever noticed people leaning back during curls? thats because they get the weight up but when they cant finish, leaning back puts the elbows infront of the weight so that it takes itself all the way
your genetics may not allow you to build so much muscle, and you cant really change that, or maybe try some sort of supplement like eating more or protein shakes...
could i please ask you a question on what are the best excercise to do for a good and defined six pack
