i just had to write something to express how much i really like this song in particular and 3 dogs night in general. i think this and never been to spain are their best work, altough its hard to choose really. absolutely amazing song, doesnt follow traditional recipe for songs they just seem to be playing just for the fun of it, never doing the same thing twice, like a chorus or something. Danny Hutton was great but if you tell it like it is, Chuck Negron was the voice of 3 Dog Night.

I am a big Chuck Negron fan for sure, but I also firmly believe that it was that EXACT combination that made TDN what it was.

I don't think it would have been the same if ANY of the original guys weren't there.

TDN is NOT as good without Chuck...

AND...

CHUCK is not as good without TDN..

They should be together...they belong together.

Saw Jeff Negra at Mishawaka Fest 20 years ago and he was powerful! Met him and a bunch of other legends including Peter Noonan and Tiny Tim to mention a couple others. The city rocked that night I tell ya. Never had another as electric as that night. There must have been thousands crammin that park that night.
