Man, beleive me, i wish this could happen.. but I've been comin to kuwait for 3 years now.. in 3 years, there is still trash everywhere, the airport is still small for the country and no sign of a new one, there are massive problems with the sewage, air pollution is horrendous arund the Fahaheel/ahmadi area (bet they hide how many children are getting sick because of it).it takes them 3 months to lay a road (that means PAINTING the darn lines!!) the locals know this and they really don't care
