How is it that Jazz is available in PC?

@Axel7043 Google it. since the crappy developer never patched the pc version, people started looking into the game files themselves and found that jazz, zeta prime and a couple others were actually included in the pc files but disabled.

They were able to then re-enable their availability, and for a couple of the decepticons they had to use existing skins but were able to add in a couple of those as well.
