I can't really understand the comments about unindividuality or missing innovation. Voicewise, lyricswise and allover songwritingwise Matthew Santos seems to me incredible creative. There is a feeling with the music that I rarely can find these days anywhere.

@mayakikun I agree. I don't know what innovation anyone could be looking for, at least in the music. With 12 notes and only so many keys, you can bet that it's already been done. For the song as a whole, the most "innovative" thing I could think of is a song that startles the masses, and the songs that do that are the kind that people stop listening to very quickly.

Sounds like Jay Spooner Trio. Good music, but would like to see more innovation. The sound is way better than anything I could make, no question, I'm not trolling, the voice and music is overall great, but with those gifts, INNOVATE =) best of luck (breakdown at 1:58 was my favorite part) and I agree with what @WillieWallace92 said, and I think its cause girls will also listen to music like that and dance to it.
