Curious as to how this will turn out. I mean you know I don't have locs BUT I am natural lol...whoop whoop!!! I googled freeform locs images and OMGeez there was this beautiful lady w/ these HOTT freeform locs and she had them "curled" . Her hair was so big, I LOVED it. By the way, can't help but stare at your gorgeous lashes (remind me of Pac).
I started with bigger locks for this reason. I wanted a hairstyle that I could maintain myself that wouldnt be so much work. I also prefer the look of bigger locks..the smaller ones sometimes look a lil feminine to me.

I cut my locs of about a week ago because i felt guilty that i had used products and all that stuff, now i am going to start from scratch, with the neglect method.

I think people know that you don't need to twist to lock, twisting is just kind of ...(searching for a word) a way to have flexibility with styling and such. some people think it's a cleaner look as well. I just got to my one year and did my first braid out. i love it and couldn't do that free forming. to each his or her own though. i have a couple thin locks on the edges and might take your advise on how to combine them, so thanks my dude.
It's crazy the journey locing can take you on. It can, for some, help you learn about yourself and about what you really want out of life . It takes a lot of confidence and fortitude to freeform. I wish you the best!

preciate the shoutout fam I tried to hit you back on facebook but facebook blocked me for a few days from sending messages and adding people for trying to add my family members that stay in another state. facebook be trippin forreal but since I can't hit you back on there until the block is lifted I hit you back on here instead. I combined my locs also back in week 6 of my journey and I'm loving my thicker locs so I'm glad you decided to do the same thing. Peace!

I googled freeform locs images and OMGeez there was this beautiful lady w/ these HOTT freeform locs and she had them "curled" . Her hair was so big, I LOVED it. By the way, can't help but stare at your gorgeous lashes (remind me of Pac).

I started with bigger locks for this reason. I wanted a hairstyle that I could maintain myself that wouldnt be so much work. I also prefer the look of bigger locks..the smaller ones sometimes look a lil feminine to me.

I cut my locs of about a week ago because i felt guilty that i had used products and all that stuff, now i am going to start from scratch, with the neglect method.
I also believe this will make me more attached to my locs.

Make love to the locs brother. Even if u decide to free form, massage ur scalp with nice oils and rub it into the locs too. Keep it the way we should strive to keep our hearts: clean. Take ur time to love every loc that god gave u... Freeform, dont neglect..

I think people know that you don't need to twist to lock, twisting is just kind of ...(searching for a word) a way to have flexibility with styling and such. some people think it's a cleaner look as well. I just got to my one year and did my first braid out. i love it and couldn't do that free forming. to each his or her own though. i have a couple thin locks on the edges and might take your advise on how to combine them, so thanks my dude.

I can't wait to see it formed up after you combined them. i just started my journey about a month ago and your videos have helped a lot. Im going semi natural. Twist once a month and let the rest of the month going and let them do there own thing. Its cool to see you're taking you're own path with the dreads and forgetting about fitting in with the dread fashion craze.
