A new form.... In the past? Spirit Tracks is a sequel to Phantom Hourglass, which is a sequel to WindWaker, which is the sequel to Ocarina of Time's "Bad Future" timeline (Twilight Princess comes from the "Good Past" timeline). Skyward Sword takes place before Ocarina.

Spirit Tracks really developed its characters in an awesome way. Spirit Tracks really made you hate Cole. From killing Zelda, to ditching Byrne and laughing at his death, you really wanted to kill him.. Byrne was a character that you hated at first, but loved at the end. You really felt sorry for him when he died. He was evil at first, but slowly turned good to the point he sacrificed himself to save Zelda. Byrne will always be remembered as one of the best characters in all of Zelda history.

He is at first, driven for power and strives to achieve it. Even teaming up with Cole and Malladus to attin it. After Byrne is cast aside by Cole and Malladus, Byrne decides to assist Link and Zelda. The biggest proff of this change of heart, was when he saved Zelda from Malladus. But he was killed afterward.
