  • This song grew on me. At first I hated the melancholy nature of it and tried to avoid areas of the game where it played. Now it's my favourite song, for some reason. :-)

  • I would never battle Yakra just to listen to this song for hours.

  • Siiiiiiiiiiiilent Liiiiight.

    Hoooooooly Liiiiight.

  • You guys all you need to do is listen to how funky the bass line is. Thats Nobuo's signature right there.

  • @ZentetsukenVII That funky bass is everywhere in the soundtrack and I love it!

  • @Cameroon123 Yeah they dont make music for games like they used to. ff6 and 7 are iconic as hell, but this game will remind me of being young like no other game. Especially this song, because when I was little this is as far as I ever got lol.

  • So beautiful

  • This song is just marvelous. I mean. I imagine. Walking down a church and encountering those snake monsters. Ahhh!!! Scary!!! Lol

  • Remember having a crush on the tiger lady....

  • Oh!

    Demon Village...

  • Ah, the cathedral theme.

  • So obscure and haunting. Definitely one of my fav song from CT.

  • Possibly one of my favorite songs in any video game ever.

  • so good and professional music!!!!!WOW im empressed

  • That's definitely a Uematsu flute line. :)

  • So so lovely.

  • The bassline makes this song really great!

  • Does anyone know the name of the name of the instrument, key board mode, whatever, in this that sounds like a stomach growling?

  • @RedAutumn93 Perhaps you're talking about the fretless bass?

  • Can i just ask why the hell is Okami music doing in related videos?

  • Push the shell....

    Climb the shell...

  • Most Epic Game Ever miss the memories it brought

  • my favorite track of the game!

  • @Kicks42 I agree

  • The bass line, melody and harmonization of this whole track is beautiful, but my favorite part is :48 (:53) to 1:06. :)

  • This is probably one of the best songs on the soundtrack. CT is by far my favorite rpg... you don't get story and character design like this in modern rpgs.

  • Nothing like sitting back and just thinking while listening to this on a loop in high quality mode....

  • Thanks for crediting the composers, it's very helpful!

  • you can tell nobuo changed his style up for this one

very cool you say who did each song

  • I try to be as accurate as I can with composers. Credit should be given to the right people. :)

But yeah, you're right, Nobuo's style is a bit different here than before. I was slightly surprised when I found out which were the songs that he composed to CT.

  • @PeyserConley Wait I thought Yasunori Mitsuda wrote the score?

  • @PeyserConley but isn't yasunori mitsuda the composer of chrono musics?

  • @Falkon36 I *believe* that most of the music was done by Mitsuda, but a few tracks were done by Uematsu

  • @heason dude i thought mitsuda produced this.... that shocked me :(

  • @heason Idk... Such a Nobuo bass part.. and the stacato on the strings.. soo him

  • @ImFrightening maybe it's just the midi samples that are making me hear similarity's to mitsuda. I see the connections that you point out, and the choir usage

  • @heason It reminds me of some of the songs in FF6, specifically some of the themes from the world of ruin.

  • This song pops into my mind every time it snows.

  • lol....i can imagine.....walkin thru snow with this song blasting thru ur headphones......beautiful....KURONO TURIGGA FTW!!!

  • @KingNi99er

I did that this winter, there was a shit load of snow outside and i had to walk home in it, and this song started playing from my MP3.

  • @technopixie96 it fits rain better though
