That "4 foot old rock star" influenced the musicians you listen to today. Seeing him, even for a sec, made some people's day being that close to their hero. Especially the few people in wheelchairs that couldn't get that close at the concert. I was there. We had to stay back from the vehicle by law. Cops have hands too and yes they can clap. Boring city?
