@dnlzmd Well actually when someone gets banned its only based on account. This is only because there is no way for Microsoft to determine what Xbox you have. My guess on your "Corrupted Profile" Issue was that when you switch Xbox's you need to recover your Gamertag. Somewhere in the process someone screwed up or there was an issue with this.

Actually every 360 has an IP adress and many other things microsoft could check to see which Xbox you are playing on (AKA never mod/do illegal things on XBL.) but they also ban the accounts.
