answer to your question: stop smoking. yes, these days some people still smoke. if a person can't stop, at least cut down. same thing with alcohol. stop or at least cut down.
I've been vegetarian for about 18 years. I felt so great after the first month, I couldn't believe it. It's like a foreign feeling... something you didn't know you could feel until you do.
I like the sprouting in a jar idea the best. The other options seem more pricey and involving. But, I am only comparing what I have seen on Youtube. I have to actually try sprouting to be sure what is the best, funnest, and easiest way to sprout those bastard beans.
Oh yeah, I think Kevin could use a little more energy to keep me interested. Maybe he could run around the block right before he does his video?
Make your own smoothies, we use up all of our fruits and veggies this way and end up throwing less away, this really saves money. Plus less waste goes out. Also invest in those reusable shopping bags, less plastic waste.
To save money? become vegan.. I have found that buying mainly vegetables is one of the cheapest ways to eat. meat, fish and dairy are some of the most expensive items you can buy.
To save money? Grow your own 100% organic greens in a big window box (if you have a south-facing window. It looks pretty, grows fast, and you have an endless supply of fresh salad.
