With obviously no other firefighters inside. one delivery through the window could have done a lot of good , while these guys tried for better access through the front door, if in fact that was necessary.

amazing for me to watch this video, this was my families house, none of us were home at the time, and we re-built and still live there, i think this was either the end of 2000 or early 2001? school holidays which is why we wernt there

I have to agree with Geoff, house was a K99, they should have taken that front door out a lot quicker than what they did.
Had have it been "persons reported" these guys would have been found wanting.
