ye u have to go:

Settings

then sounds

Then u will see at top

Vibrating on/off

@TheMattie4ever iPhones don't have profiles in settings, they do have vibrate settings that you switch on/off, but this had been checked already.

I had this same problem, You have to turn 'Lock sounds' Off
