I hope next time you have your yearly convention in LA, visit them again, and see if they someday welcome you. Thanks for the videos! You might even call ahead, call Gold Reception, and ask for a tour, since a group of 20 people is about what they do when they did tours. Next time, you can maybe get a tour, but arrange it.
