When they come in to join the group they scream " Waaaaaaa" or watch out. here I come. When they are frustrated they are funny to watch with their bright golden eyes and fierce demeanor.
@FoxenBPerry Thanks! FBP. It has been a few years since these egrets nested nearby. I hope they come back to the palm trees of Baylands again soon. Otherwiser, I will have to take a trip out to Alcatraz next spring.

These speak a slightly different dialect than mine on the west coast of Florida. However, I can still make out a few words here and there.
