You obviously have no idea as to why. Look up the history of The Village and Little 5. There's a good reason why cars are kept out of there that don't belong. And no - many of the college kids at IU can't read. They walk when it says not to, they park their un-tagged cars in A or C lot spaces, they exit or enter where it says the opposite, they go when told to stop or vice-versa... etc etc. What on earth makes you think they can read a no-parking zone sign unless it is drilled into their heads?
