Xperia Play Final Fantasy 7 (FPSE)

I finally got to the end on fpse. The sound on the last boss is kinda messed up for me :( is there any way to fix it?

Did your FFVII rom worked right away in fpse? My FFVII works fine on my pc but when I load it into the fpse, the buttons wouldn't respond so it keeps repeating the intro video over again.

Tu penses que pour jouer à des jeux en émulateur sur téléphone, lequel est le plus efficace entre le Xperia Play et le Samsung Galaxy S2 ?

Le Xperia Play a des touches et sur le SGS2 on est forcé de jouer sur l'écran tactile, mais en revanche, le SGS2 a l'air de mieux émuler les jeux... Ce dilemme.

@GiullioSavi FPSE. But then there's also another emualtor which uses the onboard xperia play emulator, but that requires a bit more work... I use FPSE and have no problems at all.

I'm not happy at all.. I was using the original PSX4Droid on my Epic and FF7 worked PERFECTLY! Then I upgraded to 2.3 and it no longer works at all. So I switched to FPSE and while the game plays alright, I lost the UP+RIGHT, DOWN+LEFT etc. D pad controls on my physical keyboard. PSX4Droid had them. Also my savestates didn't transfer over. Luckily I had saved with the memory card an hour or so before I stopped. But still... Fail.

@alavergacrew Well I don't think it can at the moment, however with PS suite coming out later this year I'm pretty sure there'll be PSP games available for download. Also, there is always the possibility of it getting a PSP emulator.

I Bought the FPSE app. I have been trying for hours to figure out how to get FF7 on my Xperia play and I just cannot figure it out. Seriously wtf I just cant seem to find how to do it. I cant even find any sort of info forum or instructional video on how to do it or anything. I'm very upset cuz this game is a main reason I bought this dumb phone and I cannot get the damn game on it for the life of me. Someone help

Download an app called RomFetcher on the android market. it automatically finds and downloads hundrends of games to pick form. Keep in mind you must have owned a copy to legally play the Rom ;p

(I only use it to play games I owned when my PS worked but now no PS so using the Xperia Play with FPSE, just need to figure out how to configure the game pad to work instead of onscreen.

le son a l'aire de ralentir je trouve mais sinon le jeu marche très bien sur mon galaxy ace ou bien ça dépend des jeu pour le son ? a la limite ff7 je m'en fous je l'ai fini tellement de fois sur psx

2/et y'atil un ému fourni avec le tél?

3/et si oui est-il mieux que fpsece ou plus pourri?

@CatIcarus get this as well as vita.this phone is awesome for other console emulators too as well as the games and apps from android marketplace.this phone plays back more formats than vita would.i dont think vita supports the dvd VOB format for video and FLAC for audio

i finally got my xperia!! one problem. i cant seem to get the settings right. i actually wanna use the actual xperia kep pad instead on playin it on the screen. can u tell me ur own seetings on the key so i can use it on ps1 games? thanks!

@UnitedTrance Bit late but, enable SPU Sync in Settings -> Audio and then save that as the default config in Settings -> System. Make sure you do this while FFVII is loaded, and then restart the emu.

FPse is the best PSX emulator but PSX4DROID is better for playing final fantasy games as it doesnt have the sound problems.

Sorry I'm French, the translation may be wrong:

I simply used the FPSE application from the Android Market, configured with the gaming keys of the XPERIA, the Original Game ISO, and a bios found on Google.

I'm very glad it works perfectly.
