Not keen on the wheels. The whole idea of the wheels is to set off the retro minimal look. Some people understand that and I guess some don't same with the exhaust. I have a 2008 Black Bullitt and live in the UK. I can tell you however there are only about 250 - 300 in black not 1000.
@TheIcarus28 I was really looking for a performance imrovement with the wheels since they're wider and more rubber on the road. That didn't work out. The original Bullitt wheels are available in pristine condition, with only 3,000 miles on them.
Very sweet ride, amazing what a set of rims do. Tint the windows, dump the Corsa exhaust in a hurry and gimme the keys... Seriously awesome ride...Unique
About the WELL part...let's just say my wifed is jealous!!! Lol and...it's been very good to me. I just wish I could afford a track day at Road Atlanta, or somewhere to push it hard...scared to do that on public roads...you know?
Actually Ford made something like 1000 black Bullitts and the rest were the Highland green color. I probably wouldn't have bought mine had it been green. I spent so many years in the Armed Forces wearing green battle dress uniforms that I hate the color green..
Hey, Shadow...thanks for the comment. No, no spoiler...since it's a collector Mustang, I hate to do permanent mods. I did put the Corsa axle back exhaust on it and it's easily removed to put the original back on. I love the "stang"!
I dont know.. I live in alabama and would come pick them up so you wouldnt have to worry about shipping.. I want them for my wifes Ford Fusion....how much you gotta have and do they have tires? or just the wheels.
You can look on eBay for Genuine Ford Bullitt wheels with tires but they go as fast as they're put up for bid. You can get Chinese replicas for $600 without tires and about $1,100 with tires. My wheels have the original BF Goodrich tires so the package would sell for around a grand??? I'm not anxious to sell them but would for the right cash.
@volkscom yes over 08 and 09 I was talking about 1 year. I don't think you will find they quite reached 700 though mate!
