get 4 old microwave and there is a high voltage diode in line with the capasitor inside. after you take all 4 diodes out of the microwaves you can build a rectifier that will take that dirty pulsed dc/ac, to clean dc and you will see production, just use distilled water, tap water will have to much electrolyte/minerals and pull to much amps.remember higher voltage lower amps and the transformer might be 5000v but its on milliamps of power.... write back
your problem is the spark plug wires, there not acually wire there fiber glass core witch reduces noise in the radio and such, but the ignition coil in a car puts out around 20-40KV so only a few killivolts wont paas throught it
The SPW is high performance wire with a copper wire wound around a fiber core. The magnetic interference is enough to set off the audio on my thermometer, so I know something is going on even though I'm not making gas. I think the actual problem is something else besides the SPW since I get a good spark, but I'm not sure what yet. In case you haven't noticed I have about a hundred irons in the fire and when I find time I'll address this one again.
is like put 120v ac only heat is that you make, 120 DC make HHO, I thing the out in the transformer is AC

ya i should what before i comment lol

Have you tried adding a pulse to the high voltage it puts out? That would be my next test.

I'm thinking the voltage it puts out is getting shorted out someway or another. pulsing the output like you suggest may provide the proof.
What I need to do is get smarter on the electronics so I can spend more time working in this area.
