Another out-of-focus insect or bird passing fairly close to the camera. A perfectly normal parallax and depth of field problem with extended focal length optics. You probably deserve a star for not using "real" or "absolute proof" in your video title. But lose it again for mentioning "UFO" without adding a question mark. ;-) At least your 'plane wasn't wobbling all over the sky and completely out of focus like the usual (totally moronic) "ufo" videos which float to the top around here. :-)

That's an insect flying in front of the camera. Look closely you can see the insect body is the central cigar part and the wings appear to be translucent because they were flapping. These are commonly called flying rods, you can reproduce this effect in your back yard, point the camera up and any insect caught flying by will look like a rod on the video.
