hey i saw a tan/white bc puppy the other day at petsmart and i was like "omg it looks like tawny". i wish i had my cam with me. lol. they are so cute.

Wow i watch this vid and then ur newest one and i cant belive how much Tawny has grown!! How old is she now?? Do u no where Tybee Island is? i no it near Savannah but idk where in GA u live? i go there every summer! So i want to see if u might have a trial at that time. Do u have an AIM?

Yeah i live about 4-5 hours from Savannah. I usually don't have any tourneys near there but I do have a few in Macon sometimes if you know where that is. My AIM is Freestyledisc631. Thanks for the comment and what is your aim also?!

My boy blade is I think about 5 or 6 months younger than calvin, they share the same father and an an aunt for the mother. Blade is just over 3 years.

No, you won't have to worry about Tawny for awhile. But, Sienna is going to be on the circuit this year. She'll be your new competition to watch out for! LOL.

Trust me, I don't like giving bathes at all to my dogs but when we got Tawny, she smelled horrible!! LOL. Thanks for the commenting and can't wait see you on the field this year!

must be nice. id like to see you try to train a dog other than border collie. sam valle once said to me " anyone can train a border collie, but a good trainer, can train any kind of dog". good luck with the new pup. she's beautiful!!

I find it just as hard to teach a Border Collie then any other dog. Border Collies are too smart and you actually have to train them more then other dogs because they learn how to do things that other dogs don't think of. For example opening doors and cabinets. I own two Border Collies and a Cocker Spaniel... I can tell a difference in training agility with them but with actual training a Border Collie are harder to teach because you need to teach them more then other dogs.

With athletic events you do with a dog yes, Border Collies tend to have more drive then other dogs but to actually "train" a Border Collie they're usually harder. You need to do more with a Border Collie as far as exercise too. If you don't at least go running with a Border Collie they will destroy your house. Border Collies need jobs... they're bred to WORK. And if you don't get them a job they will get very bored and find they're way into trouble.

It's one thing to hear someone say this to you but I have 2 bcs and another "non-bc" haha and I can tell you a Border collies are not hard to teach but you have to teach them more and give them something too keep they're brains running.

If you got a Golden Retriever or a Hound do you think that you'd NEED to do agility or disc or just some sport in general? Probably not... They could live and be happy with out it.... A Border Collie? Hahahaha yeah I'd like to see a Border Collie that's not train in a sport or at least runs once a day to not destroy things or be depressed.

The reason Preston probably pick a Border Collie was because it's his favorite breed. I'm sure he didn't get one to have the easy way to succeed. But I don't know how he feels I'm just guessing and I'm sure he just likes Border Collies because they're his breed of choice.

I'm not mad at you in any way. And I'm not try to start a fight... But it always irritates me when people say that people with Border Collies have it easy... Try to live in our shoes before talking.
